Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and any information you provide during registration (name, if given). This is stored securely in our database and used solely to manage your account and communicate with you.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the service — which markets you search, packs you generate, and features you use. This helps us improve the product and personalise your experience. It is never sold to third parties.

Payment Data

We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy (our payment processor). We receive a webhook notification confirming payment status and store a record of your order ID and purchase date for your account history.

Technical Data

Standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and referring URL for security, debugging, and fraud prevention. These logs are not retained longer than 90 days.

We use the data we collect to:

• ▸Provide the LaunchIntel service — generating and delivering lead packs
• ▸Process your payments and send purchase confirmations
• ▸Send transactional emails (receipt, pack delivery, enrichment completion)
• ▸Improve data quality, coverage, and product features

• ▸Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

LaunchIntel uses a small number of trusted third-party services. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:

The lead data LaunchIntel provides — business names, addresses, director names, registration dates — comes exclusively from official government registries published under open data licences. These are public records:

Contact data (phone numbers, email addresses, websites) is sourced from public registries or publicly accessible web pages during enrichment. We do not scrape or purchase personal contact lists.

If you are based in the European Union, UK, or California, you have specific data rights. Regardless of where you are located, we honour the following:

• Access

  Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Correction

  Ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.

• Deletion

  Request deletion of your account and personal data. We will process within 30 days.

• Portability

  Receive your data in a machine-readable format.

• Objection

  Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.

• Withdrawal

  Withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect lawfulness of prior processing.

LaunchIntel uses a minimal set of cookies required for the service to function:

• Session cookieKeeps you logged in. Expires when you close your browser or after 7 days of inactivity.
• CSRF tokenProtects form submissions from cross-site request forgery. Session-scoped.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers (Google Analytics, etc.), or any third-party tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:

• ▸Account data — retained until you delete your account.
• ▸Pack history and purchased leads — retained for 12 months from purchase, then anonymised.
• ▸Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
• ▸Server logs — retained for 90 days.
• ▸Enrichment results — retained for 12 months, then purged.
