Kiwi businesses, days after
they’re registered.
With phone, email, and website on every record.
NZBN is the only government registry that functions as a contact directory — founders self-publish their phone, email, and website at registration. We pull directly from it, every morning.

Why New Zealand
The only registry that works like a contact directory.
We surveyed 11 jurisdictions
Most government business registries are legal filing systems. They record the fact that a company exists — its name, address, and registration date. That’s all they were designed to do. Contact details are optional at best, unavailable at worst.
NZBN is structurally different. New Zealand built its Business Number registry to function as a national contact directory for businesses. When a founder registers a company, they enter their phone number, email address, and website — not to comply with a legal requirement, but because the registry is designed to make the business findable. The data is self-published and current.
We surveyed eleven jurisdictions before building this product. Only New Zealand’s registry publishes phone, email, and website natively at the source. That structural difference is the entire reason LaunchIntel focuses here. We are not enriching data. We are not guessing. We are reading what NZBN publishes — nothing more.
Our constraints
What we don’t do.
A previous version of this product used Serper.dev to enrich records with Google Maps data. It found phone numbers and websites — but they were often wrong, matched to established businesses with similar names, not the newly registered companies you were paying for.
We removed all enrichment in April 2026. If NZBN doesn’t publish a field, we leave it blank — we don’t fake it.
How it works
Three steps. No black box.
NZBN returns new filings
We query the New Zealand Business Number register for companies incorporated since your last pack. The registration date on each record is the official NZBN date — typically 24–48 hours behind the registry.

Every NZBN ID delivered to your account is stored permanently. When you buy a second pack, the generator skips anything you've already received — you never pay twice for the same company.
Automatic deduplicationYou get 50 fresh records as a CSV
Phone, email, website, director names, registered address, NZBN ID, and industry — where NZBN published them. No padding columns. No blank enrichment fields. What you see is what NZBN gave us.
