Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaunchIntel, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using LaunchIntel on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• ▸Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• ▸Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• ▸Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.
• ▸Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ▸Not create accounts by automated means or maintain multiple active accounts for the same individual.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

Pricing

LaunchIntel charges a flat fee per lead pack. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. By completing a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service. LaunchIntel does not store your payment card details.

Free Tier

Each account receives 2 free lead previews per calendar month. Free previews show a limited sample of the available data and reset on the 1st of each month. Previews cannot be carried over to the next month.

Refund Policy

Because LaunchIntel delivers digital data products that are immediately accessible upon payment, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases as a general policy.

However, we believe in treating customers fairly. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your pack, if the data was materially defective, or if you were charged in error, please contact us at support@getlaunchintel.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and provide a resolution — which may include a credit, replacement pack, or refund at our discretion.

LaunchIntel sources registration data from official government registries. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding:

• ▸The completeness of contact information (phone, email, website) — this varies significantly by market and business type.
• ▸Whether a listed business is still actively trading at the time of your purchase.
• ▸The accuracy of data that has been updated at source since our last registry sync.
• ▸The availability or uptime of enrichment services (Serper, Playwright scraping).

If contact data is listed on a lead, it was publicly available at the time of enrichment. We do not fabricate or infer contact details.

You may use LaunchIntel data for legitimate B2B sales prospecting, market research, and business development. By using this service, you agree to:

• ▸Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other anti-spam or privacy regulations applicable to your region.
• ▸Respect the privacy of individuals listed in business registrations. Directors and owners are included as part of their business registration — they are not private individuals for the purposes of commercial outreach.
• ▸Honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly when conducting outreach.
• ▸Not use lead data to send unsolicited bulk communications without a lawful basis.
• ▸Not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the data to third parties without our express written permission.
• ▸Not use the service to target individuals for harassment, discrimination, or harm.
• ▸Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from LaunchIntel beyond normal use.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The business registration data delivered in your packs is derived from government open data registries. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use this data for your own internal business purposes.

Attribution to source registries is not required in your outreach materials, but we acknowledge the following as our upstream data sources:

• ▸Companies House data © Crown Copyright, licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
• ▸ASIC data sourced from the Australian Business Register, a Commonwealth of Australia resource.
• ▸NZBN data sourced from the New Zealand Business Number Register.
• ▸Brønnøysund Register data © Norwegian Government, open data.
• ▸INPI data sourced from the Registre National des Entreprises (France).
• ▸PRH data sourced from the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.

The LaunchIntel platform — including its software, design, UI, and proprietary enrichment pipeline — is owned by LaunchIntel and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the service does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the LaunchIntel platform or any part of it. The data packs you purchase are licensed for your use under the terms above, not transferred to you as intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchIntel and its operators shall not be liable for:

• ▸Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• ▸Loss of revenue, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the data.
• ▸The outcome of any outreach campaigns conducted using LaunchIntel data.
• ▸Downtime, data errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LaunchIntel in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may stop using LaunchIntel at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• ▸You violate these Terms of Service.
• ▸We reasonably believe your use of the service is causing harm to others.
• ▸We are required to do so by law or court order.
• ▸We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where possible).

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Sections relating to data accuracy disclaimers, acceptable use, liability, and attribution survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, your remedy is to stop using the service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
